Floating Points/Benji B/deviation

I was listening to this e.p. that my friend gave me called Vacuum E.P. by Floating Points, i really was digging it so i looked him up and ran into this web of great musicians. One is a radio Dj for BBC's radio one/1xtra called Benji B who plays some of the best shit, he's really into L.A. broken beat stuff, dubstep/dnb, and anything with a soulful tinge to it. anyway he had a show with Floating Points on it, and they had a little interview and I learned that Floating Points is one guy, who is 23 and still in school studying neuro-science. His style of music falls under labels like dubby techno, broken beat. Trying to avoid labels I would say he's doing something important in the contemporary electronic music scene, with soulful and intelligent productions that never stray to far away from dance music. Overall I think he's great and it's awesome to find artists like this who share similar visions. I collected some links including a way to download the radio 1 show. here's a link to deviation Floating Points label/party promoter thing LINK
there's also Fatima, a female vocalist, and Funkin Even, a producer, all connected and all dope check them out through Floating Points' friends.
